The program has been active since September 1998 and started with 6500 milk producers as members and 5 partners. Today there are 80 000 active members and approximately 23 partners.
The Agribonus loyalty program
Agribonus’ loyalty program awards farmers with Agribonus points if they purchase products from companies that co-operate as partners. Agribonus partners are chosen out of a wide variety of companies in the agricultural industry and are market leaders in their specialised fields, delivering the best products and services.
Together, Agribonus and partners appreciate their clients and believe that they deserve to be rewarded.
As an Agribonus member
As an Agribonus member, you get Agribonus points every time you purchase from an Agribonus partner. These points can be redeemed for exclusive holidays, electronics, household appliances, camping equipment or anything your heart desires.
You can also be a bronze, silver or gold Agribonus member

How do I become an Agribonus member?
You can register on the Agribonus website (www.agribonus.co.za). Click on the ‘members’ option on the blue menu at the top and choose ‘become a member’. Alternatively, contact our friendly service centre at 012 843 5660 and our call centre agents will assist and register you telephonically.
How do I receive Agribonus points?
You receive Agribonus points from Agribonus’ exclusive partners. You can find the complete list of partners on the bottom of this page.
How do I know what my membership number is?
Contact Agribonus’ friendly service centre at 012 843 5660 and they will assist you.
Where can I see my Agribonus point balance?
Your Agribonus point balance can be seen on the Agribonus website (www.agribonus.co.za). Click on the ‘members’ option on the blue menu at the top and choose ‘member login’. If it is your first time logging into your account, use your membership number as the card number and the password. Once signed in, you will see your point balance as well as the last 10 transactions.
I purchased Agribonus partner products, but I’m not receiving my points?
If you purchase at a cooperative, ensure that they know you are an Agribonus member and that they send us your purchase information. Not all of the cooperative send us information though, so in order to ensure your Agribonus points, send us your invoices to info@agribonus.co.za. The following cooperatives does not send your information to us:
Coastal Farmers Co-op, GWK, TWK, Kaap Agri, KLK and KKK (Klein Karoo Koöp). Nwk Beperk en VKB needs your permission to send us information.
Furthermore, there are partners that do not send us your information to us, these partners include: K2, Plusnet, BF Goodrich, Michelin, Toyota and Hino. Please send these invoices to us to receive your points!
Can I exchange my points for cash?
No. Agribonus may not, under any circumstances, pay out your points in cash.
What can I do with my points?
Your points can be redeemed for any product that your heart desires. Send your product request to awards@agribonus.co.za OR exchange your points at the Bonus Shop at www.thebonusshop.co.za.
Can I give my points to another Agribonus member?
You can not give all or a part of your points to another member. Profiles can be merged together though.
Will my points expire?
Your points will not expire on an active account.
