Norman orchestrated partnerships with various local businesses such as SPAR, enabling our dedicated smallholder farmer, Mrs. Ngobeni, to earn an extra income from her green bean harvest. Laeveld Agrochem, in partnership with Kobus Hurter and AgricultSURE, are convinced that sustainable food security relies on more than just the establishment of smallholder farmers. We are nurturing a new generation of agripreneurs, such as Norman Molomo, equipped with a thorough understanding of the food value chain, driving economic prosperity in their communities.
